Privacy

FactKit Unlimited is a paid PDF generator. We collect as little as we can run the subscription.
What we store
- Your billing email
- Stripe customer id and subscription id
- Subscription status (active, trialing, canceled, unpaid, and the like)
- A per-account print counter and recent generate timestamps, used to rate-limit the server
We do not collect student names, class lists, scores, or school rosters. Pages you generate are built in the request and sent back as a PDF. We do not keep a copy of the PDF.
Payments
Cards are handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
After you subscribe or open a login link we set one httpOnly session cookie so the generator knows who you are. No advertising cookies. No analytics pixels.
If a mailer is configured we send a login link when you ask for one. We do not send a newsletter.
